At Dabwetamun Academy, we believe every child is a gift from God, created with unique abilities and a special purpose. Our small class sizes, caring teachers, and Christ-centred approach create a safe and nurturing environment where students can grow academically, spiritually, and personally.

We use the A.C.E. (Accelerated Christian Education) curriculum to guide each student at their own pace while building strong foundations in both academics and character. Our school community is deeply rooted in faith, knowledge of Cree Culture, and a commitment to helping children thrive.

A School with a Difference

    It all started in 2010.

    Seeing so many Cree children and youth being left behind and having no hope, Dabwetamun was created with a clear and compassionate vision. The organization strives to serve the community by bringing the message of Christ alongside quality education to as many children as possible.

    Through this commitment, Dabwetamun aims to restore hope, empower the younger generation to be able to have a future where every child has the opportunity to thrive both spiritually and academically.
